Wakizashi blade Mino school in antique Koshirae

Antique Muromachi Wakizashi Kanekage signed blade NBTHK 日本美術刀剣保存協会 (Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai - Society for the Preservation of the Japanese Sword) certified with a extremely rare and unrestored Kakure Kirishitan 隠れキリシタン (Hidden Japanese Christian) old Koshirae

Blade condition: Polished old but still in good condition letting appreciate Hamon and Hada that shows the great good quality of the original forging and tempered.

Blade Age: Muromachi period Bunmei era.

Bunmei (文明) was a era after Ōnin and before Chōkyō from April 1469 through July 1487

Certificate text : 
•脇指 銘 関住兼景造 Wakizashi mei seki ju kane kage saku 
•長ー尺四寸四分 nagasa ~43cm NBTHK certificate Kicho which is joined with tsuba. 昭和 51 年 5月 30 日

Tsuba: Rare motif Dragon and Hidden pure gold Christian Cross. This cross is made with a thin sheet of solid gold inlay according to an traditional Japanese technique show it the age and used but still in general good condition

Kozuka (Plum flower "Ume" and bird) with a forged and signed Kogatana blade.
